How can you help at the 2019 Auction?
Auction dates are October 18 & 19, 2019
New to CCS? Want a refresher about how you can help?
Check out the "Auction Quick Guide" for all the information you need to get involved in this great weekend! You can also watch a preview movie of the event HERE.
Join our Solicitation Team!
Solicitation Team Members: What does solicitation mean? It is simply the process of approaching companies and businesses, either in person or by email, to request a donation of goods or services that Conestoga Christian School (a non-profit organization) can then sell during our annual auction. We have everything you need to make it easy to get started: Documents, helpful tips, and a database of businesses that have given in the past and just need to be contacted. If you are interested in helping, email or call Heather Schreier at or 610-286-0353 ext 404.
Below are links to some of the forms you will need.

Offer to organize a Class Basket!
Class Basket Parents: Each grade needs a Class Basket rep (that would be a parent!) who chooses a theme, gets $75 seed money, and can "go-to-town" with purchased or donated items reflecting their chosen theme. The items are organized in a basket or other container, tied with cellophane, and auctioned to the highest bidder (often times a generous grandparent with a soft heart!). If you like to brainstorm or love to shop this is the place to get involved. It is also a great opportunity to get to know your child’s classmates. Contact Cindy Carter at .
Sign on as a Coordinator!
Contact Deborah Kurtz if interested in learning more about the positions below.
Volunteer Coordinator: This is a spot that is perfect for a mom with children still at home or someone looking for a way to help that fits into any schedule. You would be working with the Auction chair to make calls and encourage patrons to fill the needed volunteer spots. The Volunteer website is already set up and ready to go. We just need help making calls and sending emails to fill the volunteer needs.
