ATHLETIC POSITIONS 

  • Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach

    • Job Overview:   We are seeking a dynamic Varsity Girls Basketball Head Coach. You will lead, develop, and oversee our girls' basketball program while fostering a Christ-centered team culture.

    • Key Responsibilities

      • Program Leadership: Direct the varsity team and mentor young athletes in biblical discipleship.

      • Skill Development: Design strategic practices focused on high-level basketball mechanics and fundamental skills.

      • Game Strategy: Formulate game plans, scout opponents, and manage in-game tactics in the CCAC and PIAA.

      • Character Building: Nurture Christ-like character, sportsmanship, and academic excellence among players.

      • Administrative Tasks: Manage team equipment and maintain transparent communication with parents.

    • Qualifications

      • A strong, active Christian faith aligning with the CCS Statement of Faith.

      • Prior competitive basketball coaching experience (High School level preferred).

      • Deep knowledge of modern basketball strategies, rules, and training techniques.

      • Excellent communication, organizational, and motivational skills.

      • Required state clearances and background checks for school personnel.

  •  Varsity Boys Soccer Assistant Coach

    • Job Overview:   We are looking for a dedicated Varsity Boys Soccer Assistant Coach. You will support the Head Coach in training athletes, executing tactical drills, and reinforcing a culture of Christian sportsmanship.

    • Key Responsibilities

      • Training Support: Help design and execute daily practices and technical soccer drills.

      • Player Mentorship: Provide constructive feedback to grow individual skill and build Christ-like character.

      • Match Day Assistance: Assist with game-day preparation, strategic adjustments, and statistical tracking.

      • Team Supervision: Ensure student-athlete safety during travel, practices, and games.

      • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head Coach to implement program-wide soccer strategies.

    • Qualifications

      • A strong, active Christian faith aligning with the CCS Statement of Faith.

      • Previous soccer coaching or high school/collegiate playing experience.

      • Solid understanding of soccer tactics, positions, and conditioning.

      • Ability to positively motivate and disciple high school student-athletes.

      • Required state clearances and background checks for school personnel.
