Join us as we gather to celebrate the 50th Annual BBQ and Auction on October 20 and 21, 2023!
BBQ and Auction weekend is a beloved tradition at CCS. For fifty years students, staff, families and the community have come together to support the school in their mission to "educate the whole student—BODY, MIND and SPIRIT—for God."
From homemade apple dumplings to auctioning off class baskets to watching our community gather together, there are many reasons that we hold BBQ & Auction weekend near and dear to our hearts. We hope you will join us for this special weekend as we rally together to raise funds to benefit students and families of CCS.
The funds raised throughout the weekend go towards the operational costs of the school that help keep tuition as low as possible for our families. Additionally, there will be a time of giving towards a "special project" as has been determined by Administration.
CHICKEN BBQ
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 20 | 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Chicken BBQ Dinner includes half a barbecued chicken, applesauce, chips, dinner roll and butter, whoopie pie, and lemonade or water. Half chickens only are also available. Pre-orders must be placed online.
Take out available from 11 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
Dine-in available from 4:30- 6:30 p.m.

CELEBRATION

This year marks the 50th anniversary of the Chicken BBQ & Benefit Auction weekend! Join us Friday night as we reconnect with friends old and new to celebrate and remember God's provision to CCS through the BBQ & Auction.
Following the Chicken BBQ, join us behind the school for an evening under the lights with alumni soccer, football, coffee, snacks and more!
BENEFIT AUCTION
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 21 | 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Quilts, artwork, class baskets, and much more will be auctioned off throughout the morning. Stay tuned on our social media for some sneak peeks of this year's auction items.
This year our "special project" is a new piece of playground equipment to replace the well-loved ark.
Coffee, breakfast burritos, apple dumplings and other snacks will also be available for purchase.
Online auction runs from October 19-29
Please note that a 3% processing fee will be charged for all credit card purchases.
