National Honor Society
Students who meet the following requirements will be eligible for National Honor Society (NHS) membership at Conestoga Christian School.
- Maintain a 3.7 cumulative GPA.
- Display behaviors that reflect accomplishments in the areas of leadership, service, and character.*
- Receive a nomination from the National Honor Society Faculty Council.
- Receive recommendations from high school teachers.
*Examples of eligible accomplishments include:
Extracurricular team membership
Musical group membership
Student Council membership
Service activities – Hickory House, teacher assistant
Yearbook staff
Bible quizzing team member
Mission trip member
A student will be dismissed from NHS if he/she receives a
suspension from CCS during the time of membership, if he/she fails to
complete an individual or group service project, or if his/her grades
fall below the 3.7 GPA.
